When you seeking a new job, a good resume will be a very helpful and will give the firs impression of you to the hiring manager. If your resume is a very attractive, it can takes you the chance for next step - interview. So writing a good resume is a very important step for the job seekers.
What should a good resume content? Shall we include detail private information, such as family member, married or not, children, male or female, age...? No, it's not nessasary. Only your name is enough. It's better not show your ID or passport number in your resume, as it's not request and this information is private, you should protect yourself very well.
How about put a personal photo? My experience is NOT to do so. It can not help you on your job seeking road. The hiring manager only want to focus on your experience and quality, not for your outlook.
